LENTO series The 100% generates oil-free compressed air for industries that manufacture products of the highest quality.
When only water, the most natural of all raw materials, is used in the compression process, LENTO delivers maximum compressed air quality for highly sensitive areas such as the pharmaceutical and food industries, electrical engineering and the pharmaceutical industry. The frequency-controlled direct drive in the LENTO series ensures maximum cost-efficiency by precisely adapting the volume flow to the respective compressed air requirement. The integrated refrigeration dryer ensures a low pressure dew point. Therefore, under certain circumstances, the customer does not require a separate refrigeration dryer.
This eliminates all costs for fresh water supply and water treatment, as well as minimising service and maintenance costs compared to other oil-free compressor systems.

Clean and organic solution:

• Clean, environmentally friendly oil-free compressed air: ISO Class 0, certified according to DIN ISO 8573-1:2010

• Dust particles sucked in are washed out by water

• Clean condensate – clean water – can be discharged directly into the sewage system

Extremely low temperatures during compression thanks to excellent heat transfer via the water. Reduced amounts of energy are therefore used to generate the compressed air
