At Dansk Trykluft Industri, we supply N₂ and O₂ generators from recognized manufacturers such as Drytec and Omega Air. Our generators produce nitrogen (N₂) and oxygen (O₂) directly from the surrounding air – safely, economically, and environmentally friendly. Using PSA technology (Pressure Swing Adsorption), the gases are extracted from compressed air from a compressed air system or compressor, which separates oxygen and nitrogen with high precision. The result is pure gas on-site, without the need for cylinders, delivery, or external supply. This means lower operating costs, constant availability, and full control over quality.

The pure nitrogen is then directed to the process system via a buffer tank, while the excess air is discharged.

Oxygen generators (O₂) – stable and reliable oxygen supply

Our O-GEN oxygen generators from Omega Air are based on the same PSA principle as the nitrogen systems. Here, a molecular sieve (13X type) is used to separate oxygen from the air, while the other gases are discharged.

Air At Dansk Trykluft Industri, we supply oxygen generators (O₂ generators) from Omega Air, which produce pure oxygen directly from compressed air.

With the O-GEN series, you get a stable, economical, and environmentally friendly oxygen supply that makes you independent of gas suppliers and cylinders.

The generators use advanced PSA technology (Pressure Swing Adsorption), where compressed and purified air is passed through a molecular sieve.

Here, oxygen is separated from nitrogen and other gases – and the result is oxygen with a purity level of up to 95%, delivered directly to your system.

How an O-GEN oxygen generator works

The O-GEN series is built with two molecular sieve vessels that operate alternately in adsorption and regeneration phases to ensure continuous oxygen production. When one vessel produces oxygen, the other is automatically regenerated by venting the retained gases.

This dual-chamber system ensures a steady gas flow, high operational reliability, and low energy consumption. Under normal operating conditions and with proper maintenance, the molecular sieve has an almost unlimited lifespan.
